Hello and Happy Friday everyone! I can hardly believe it is the last weekend of October already and winter is nearly upon us again! The plus side to this is that we can all snuggle up and make ourselves warm and cosy on dark cold evenings-all it takes are a few comfy essentials to set the scene…
A cosy throw/blanket is essential for snuggling in front of the tv/fire on a winters evening-even a large fluffy scarf will do the trick and there are so many choices to choose from at the minute.
I was delighted to find the one above in my local Tesco last week and it will definitely double as a scarf and throw for me this winter. They really look a lot more expensive than €15! I can’t see it online so I’d imagine they are selling fast!
A mug of anything hot in the hand is a definite winter winner-fluffy woolly socks optional:)
Also how fab are these suede and faux fur slippers from M&S?- I definitely think I need these too!
As always grouped candles and soft lamps lighting in corners create a lovely ambience and glow in a room-way better than harsh overhead lights at this time of year!
