A lovely Dublin weekend!

We do love a Bank Holiday Monday around here! Hope everyone had a lovely weekend.
I had a fabulous time celebrating my gorgeous friend Louise’s 30th Birthday in Dublin, so thought I would share a little round up of our adventure today!
We stayed in the stunning Marker Hotel in Grand Canal Square. Everything was perfect from the minute we checked in –  from the beautiful rooms to the yummy cocktails on the rooftop with stunning views of the Dublin skyline.
If anyone is looking for a slice of luxury in the heart of the city, I highly recommend this hotel. We didn’t have time for the spa on this occasion but it looked fabulous too. I’ll definitely be back again!
From there we went onto Xico for dinner and cocktails. The Margaritas were delicious as was the food. It’s tapas style so we shared lots of different mexican dishes. Yummy!
We enjoyed more cocktails in the lovely surrounds of 10 Stephen’s Green – the decor here was so lovely. Like being in someone’s (very chic) living room!
Afternoon Tea always makes for a lovely girlie afternoon and this time we chose ‘A Most Peculiar Afternoon Tea’ in the Westin Hotel. The peculiar thing? Teapots filled with mojitos instead of your regular cuppa. Safe to say it went down very well!
Rounding it up, here’s what I wore for the two days. My blue playsuit on Saturday night was so comfy. It’s by Forever Unique and I picked it up on a sale a couple of weeks ago. The shoes are Kurt Geiger.
For Afternoon Tea, I kept it casual with my River Island Amelie jeans, a simple top from Second Female and my favourite Penneys sandals!
After all of the excitement, today is most definitely a day for relaxing.
Enjoy your day!
