Hi everyone and happy weekend. I’m just about to jet off to sunny Kos for two weeks and I am so excited! But first, I wanted to pop in to tell you all about my new favourite tan from Bellamianta.
With two products in the mix, a lotion and a mousse, the tan has been making waves in the social media world for the past few months, with glowing results! Bellamianta kindly sent us some a couple of products to try out and I couldn’t wait to give them a go.
I have used lots of tans over the years and definitely have my favourites – so I was comparing this on a number of different factors including smell, application, colour and lasting power. It passed on all accounts and has shot straight to the top of my tanning products list! I also have to point out how fabulous the Bellamianta Luxury Tanning mitt is – it feels super soft and the velvety texture means tan glides on like a dream.
Bellamianta is all organic, so it doesn’t have that nasty fake tan smell. Yes, there is still a strong scent but more along the lines of orange chocolate, I think! As I said, it was really smooth to apply and what I loved about it, is that the colour came up straight away – so it’s easy to see where you are putting it. It also dries into the skin very quickly. I applied it before bed and woke up the next morning feeling like I had spent two weeks in the sun! The colour was so natural, a gorgeous golden brown. I did a quick rinse that morning and didn’t have any trouble with tan rubbing off onto my clothes. In terms of staying power, the tan lasts for well over a week and fades away with no patchiness whatsoever. Win, win!
