Another bank holiday weekend is here and summer is underway at last. It’s a pity the weather is a bit mixed up, but a long weekend definitely makes everything brighter:)
Here are a few highlights of our week…
Definitely a shiny moment for me when my husband booked a week in Portugal the other night, even more so as I thought we were staying home this year….need to get beach ready for the week after next:)
River Island have a great sale on and I have ordered the above dress I featured here before, for casual holiday wear. Anne
Our youngest finished school yesterday for the summer hols. We enjoyed her end of year dance performance last night, which is always a proud and shiny moment for me:) Their modern tap routine was my favourite part of show! Anne
I was heading for lunch on Monday when I spotted these pink sandals in the window of Clarks, yes Clarks! I ran inside to check them out and was amazed to see many other gorgeous styles for Spring/Summer. I would never have thought to look there before but Clarks are certainly on my agenda again now. The leopard print above are fabulous too and look so comfy, yet stylish at the same time! Laura
I didn’t have a lot of time to get ready last night and wanted something quick and easy, so I threw on this jumpsuit with a leather jacket over it to toughen it up! As I’ve mentioned before, I love wearing jumpsuits as they are so comfortable – the closest you will get to PJs whilst still looking put together!! Lots of you have asked me where this is from and unfortunately I picked it up last year. Not to worry, as there are so many similar styles available this season.
